The featured game of Week 8 is a SEC clash when No. 3 Florida hosts No. 9 South Carolina at 7PM ET on Saturday. According to oddsmakers from Bovada.lv, Florida is a slight favorite at home, as the Gators have odds of -3.5 points against South Carolina on Saturday. Florida is a surprising 6-0 this season and 3-0 at home while South Carolina is 6-1 overall following a loss to LSU last week. The Gamecocks are 2-1 on the road and 6-1 against the spread while the Gators are 5-1 ATS this year. South Carolina has won two straight in this series and covered the spread in the last three against Florida.
The other featured game comes in the Pac-12 and takes place on Thursday night as Arizona State hosts No. 2 Oregon at 9PM ET. According to oddsmakers, Oregon is a road favorite in this one, as the Ducks have odds of -12 points at Arizona State. Oregon is 6-0 this year overall and 1-0 on the road while Arizona State is 5-1 overall and 3-0 at home. The Sun Devils are 5-1 against the spread this year while the Ducks are just 2-4 ATS. Oregon has won seven straight against Arizona State and is 5-1-1 ATS in those seven games.
