Penn State hasn’t had much of an offense this season, as they rank 106th nationally in scoring at 20.9 points per game. However, the defense is giving up just 13 points per game, which ranks third in the country. Despite the offensive struggles, running back Silas Redd has rushed for 1,122 yards and seven touchdowns on the season.

In terms of Injuries, Wisconsin offensive lineman Peter Konz is doubtful to play due to a leg injury while defensive lineman David Gilbert is out with a foot injury. Penn State has no new injuries to report.
