SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) -Isiah Wallace scored 21 points to lead American International to a 75-54 win over Holy Family on Sunday.
Sesoo Ikpah added 16 points with six rebounds and two assists, while Aikeem Vanderhorst had 13 points, seven rebounds and three assists for American International (2-0).
Justin Swidowski came off the bench to lead Holy Family (0-2) with 16 points and three rebounds, and Quincy Marshall and Ceazer Johnson added 11 points apiece.
The Yellow Jackets used a seven point run to take a 20-9 lead eight minutes into the game and led by 16 at halftime, 42- 26.
American International led 58-47 with just under seven minutes left in the game and outscored the Tigers 17-7 down the stretch for the win.
The Yellow Jackets out-rebounded the Tigers 44-27 and had a 16-10 advantage on the offensive glass.
