The favorite is a perfect 4-0 against the spread in the last four meetings between these two teams and the Buckeyes are 13-6-1 against the number in their last 20 games dating back to last season, but the Wildcats have also covered the spread in four of their last five home games so I’m staying away from the side.
Instead, I see more value in the total. The over is 8-1 in the Buckeyes’ last nine games versus a team with a winning percentage above .600 and is 6-2 in their last eight games when facing an opponent with a winning record. The over has also cashed in 12 of Ohio State’s last 17 games played on Saturday and is 5-1 in the last six games when the Buckeyes are coming off an ATS win. On the other side, the over is 5-2 in the Wildcats’ last seven home games.
