CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -Charlotte’s Raymond Felton, Jeff McInnis and Derek Anderson were not in uniform Saturday, leaving the Bobcats without a true point guard and their emergency backup against Detroit.
Felton sprained his right ankle late in Friday’s double-overtime loss to Cleveland. McInnis strained his right quadriceps in the same game.
Anderson, who has played some point guard over the past two seasons, missed his fifth straight game with a bruised right knee.
“We’re not doing very well,” coach Sam Vincent said.
Vincent started two shooting guards against the Pistons, Matt Carroll and Jason Richardson, and rookie small forward Jared Dudley, who could also bring the ball up the floor.
