Golden State Warriors DFS Notes
Draymond Green (left calf tightness) did not travel with the Warriors to Memphis for Tuesday’s game vs. the Grizzlies, but he’s being listed as day-to-day and could return later this week. The Dubs have set off for a four-game road trip, and with their next two games after Tuesday coming as a Friday-Saturday back-to-back set, Green might only be available for two of the Warriors’ four games this week. Juan Toscano-Anderson will likely get the start in his place tomorrow night, and there will be more minutes available for Otto Porter Jr., Andre Iguodala and Nemanja Bjelica, but JTA and OPJ are the most attractive fantasy targets out of that group.
Memphis Grizzlies DFS Notes
Ja Morant produced 16 points (4-of-10 FG, 8-of-12 FT), five rebounds, seven assists, one steal, one block and three turnovers across 31 minutes in Sunday’s easy win over the Lakers. While Morant struggled with his shot tonight, he did a good job of staying effective by getting easy buckets at the stripe, which has been a major improvement area for him this season. He also had a phenomenal block on one of Avery Bradley’s shots, exploding into the air to snatch away the rock at the top its trajectory with two hands. He’s regularly been doing otherworldly things on the basketball court this season, and he’s a big reason why Memphis is currently sitting comfortably in the No. 4 spot out West.
Warriors vs. Grizzlies NBA Betting Prediction
Instead of the spread, there’s arguably more value in the total tonight. The under is 21-8 in the last 29 meetings between these two teams and is 4-0 in the last four meetings in Memphis. The under is also 39-19 in the Warriors’ last 58 road games, is 25-12-1 in their last 38 games overall and is 20-8 in their last 28 games playing on one day of rest. The under is also 5-0 in the Grizzlies’ last five home games, is 5-2 in their last seven games overall and is 12-3 in their last 15 home games versus a team with a road winning percentage of greater than .600.
