Detroit Pistons DFS Notes
Kelly Olynyk (conditioning) won’t play on Tuesday against the Warriors. At least we’re getting an explanation for this DNP, as he was active but didn’t play on Sunday. He hasn’t appeared in a game since Nov. 10 so it makes sense, and Olynyk might be worth stashing with Bol Bol’s trade vetoed and Jerami Grant perhaps on his way out of Detroit.
Golden State Warriors DFS Notes
Klay Thompson shot 5-of-14 from the floor in Sunday’s blowout loss to the Wolves, tallying 13 points, four rebounds, two assists, three triples, one steal and two turnovers in 23 minutes. Thompson returned to the floor following a rest day on the second leg of a back-to-back, but he still looked a little rusty, and he’s yet to convert at least 40% of his shots in his first four games of the season. This is to be expected after such a lengthy layoff, and at least he’s been chipping in some dimes and steals. It’s also worth noting that this was the most minutes he’s played since getting back to the floor. The Dubs have another back-to-back set coming up next week with games on Thursday and Friday, so managers should anticipate only having Thompson available for three of Golden State’s four games in Week 14.
