Victor Oladipo hit 8-of-20 shots and 2-of-11 3-pointers for 21 points, three rebounds, four assists and a season-high six steals in 37 minutes of Monday’s tough loss to the Kings. His previous season high in steals was just two and he came up just one shy of tying his career high of seven. Oladipo came on late and looked good in the fourth quarter and it’s clear his legs are back under him. But he played 37 minutes tonight and hasn’t played in a back-to-back set since returning from his surgically-repaired knee. Consider him questionable for Tuesday night against the Warriors, but if history holds true, the Pacers will likely play it safe and hold him out. If he’s out both Justin Holiday and Aaron Holiday, and Doug McDermott would all get a boost on Tuesday. For what it’s worth, Oladipo did not sound confident about playing Tuesday in his post-game interview, but did say “we’ll see.”
Golden State Warriors DFS Spin
Stephen Curry had the worst shooting game of his career in Sunday’s win over the Raptors, going 2-of-16 from the floor and 6-of-6 from the stripe for 11 points over 38 minutes. Curry didn’t get his first bucket until late in the first quarter, and then his next make (a 3-pointer) didn’t come until late in the fourth, roughly 30 minutes later. He added nine rebounds and six assists while he was out there, but also committed five turnovers, so it was a rough day at the office for Curry. His 2-of-16 shooting performance tied him for the lowest shooting percentage by a Warriors player who attempted at least 15 shots in a game over the past 20 years. Expect a big-time bounce-back performance on Tuesday vs. the Pacers.
