NBA Betting Trends
Oklahoma City
The Thunder have covered the spread in four straight road games and in eight of their last 10 as an underdog.
Denver
The Nuggets are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven home games, but just 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven Saturday games.
Prediction:
These two haven’t met this season, but Denver has been very strong against the Thunder. The Nuggets have covered in nine straight encounters in this series. But, all streak must come to an end and I think Oklahoma City finds a way to cover tonight. The Thunder have been competitive this season, even in most losses. Denver isn’t an explosive team that isn’t going to overwhelm most teams. They like a lower-scoring game, which makes it harder to cover big spreads. I like OKC’s scoring depth to help it on the road to cover this spread. I think they can find a hot hand to get the job done.
NBA Prediction: Oklahoma City +6.5
