The two squads get a chance to meet again Saturday night as Chicago hosts Boston at 8:00PM EST.
Oddsmakers from online sports book Sportsbook.com have made Chicago a small 2-point favorite, while the over-under is set at 187.5.
The Bulls perhaps got caught looking ahead to Saturday’s big matchup on Friday night as they fell flat at Philadelphia, dropping a 105-99 decision. Boston, meanwhile, is riding high as it has won all four of its games in January, including a 122-102 victory over Toronto Friday. That win came on the heels of a 105-103 win against the Spurs two nights before.
According to the latest trends, the Celtics are 8-7 against the spread versus the Bulls the past three seasons. Paul Pierce scores 19.0 points per game to pace Boston, while Chicago’s Derrick Rose leads his squad with 23.8 points per game.
