Minnesota is coming off a 131-123 loss at Atlanta last night. The loss snapped a six-game cover streak for the Timberwolves. Minnesota is now 29-32 overall, 9-22 on the road, 32-29 against the spread and 33-28 with the over.
The Timberwolves have the ability to score, averaging 112.4 points per game while shooting 45.3 percent from the field. Defensively, Minnesota is giving up 112.2 points per game while allowing opponents to shoot 46.1 percent from the field. Jeff Teague, Luol Deng and Gorgui Dieng are all questionable to play tonight. Karl-Anthony Towns is leading the team with 23.6 points and 12.3 rebounds per game while Derrick Rose is adding 18.4 points and 4.6 assists per contest.
Pacers lose two straight on the road
Indiana is coming off a 110-101 loss at Dallas last night for its second straight loss and failed cover. The Pacers are now 40-22 on the season, 23-8 at home, 32-30 against the spread and 35-27 with the under.

NBA Betting Trends
Minnesota
The Timberwolves are 4-1 against the spread in their last five against Central Division opponents and 4-0 ATS in their last four road games against a team with a winning home record.
Indiana
The Pacers have covered in six straight home games against a team with a losing road record and in six of their last eight on no rest.
Prediction:
Both teams played on the road last night, so each should have some tired legs. I think that favors Indiana, who was able to sleep at home last night and has the better defense. Offense should suffer from the games last night and that plays into Indiana’s hands. The Pacers like to control tempo and Minnesota will struggle to break that cycle. Despite the injury questions, I will go with Indiana at home against an unreliable Minnesota team.
NBA Prediction: Indiana Pacers -4.5
