Dallas Mavericks DFS Spin
Kristaps Porzingis is expected to return to the Mavericks in the next week to week-and-a-half, according to head coach Rick Carlisle. Porzingis was deemed a “full go” at practice before the new year, and now he’s nearly ready to go after surgery on his torn meniscus. That’s great news for the Mavs and fantasy managers. Dallas is off to a slow start at just 3-4, and needs Porzingis’s shooting and inside presence. His return will cut into Dwight Powell and Willie Cauley-Stein’s minutes.
Denver Nuggets DFS Spin
Michael Porter Jr. (COVID-protocol) is expected to be cleared on Wednesday night. Barring a surprise, this means he’ll be a go for Thursday night vs. the Mavericks. MPJ has been a stud through four games, averaging 19.5 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.0 steals. JaMychal Green has played really well for the Nuggets but his value will take a massive hit with MPJ back.
