Davis questionable to face Celtics
Anthony Davis (abdominals) is questionable for Thursday’s game against Boston. Davis, who has been out with a strained abdominal muscle, could make his Mavericks debut on Thursday. He’s considered questionable, and his clearance would give fans and fantasy managers their first look at a Davis/Daniel Gafford frontcourt partnership. If Davis can play, Kessler Edwards will be headed to the bench.
White finishes with 20 points in win over Cavs
Derrick White provided 20 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals, a block and six three-pointers across 35 minutes in Tuesday’s win over the Cavaliers. White finished behind only Jayson Tatum for team lead in the scoring department. Each player hit seven shots, but White’s seven makes came on 14 attempts while Tatum’s came on 23. White led all players in made triples, hitting at least five for the 13th time this season.
