LeBron James has reportedly been suspended for one-game for hitting Isaiah Stewart in the face during Sunday’s game. This means that James will be unavailable for Tuesday’s game in New York, but he should still be good to go for the Lakers’ other three games, so he’s probably someone you’d still want to throw out there in weekly settings. With James missing in action on Tuesday, Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis will do the heavy lifting on offense and there will be more opportunity for guys like Talen Horton-Tucker and Carmelo Anthony.
New York Knicks DFS Notes
Julius Randle double-doubled over 39 minutes on Sunday, tallying 34 points (13-of-19 FG, 7-of-8 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, one 3-pointer and an unfortunate five turnovers in a narrow loss to the Bulls. Randle was sloppy with the rock through the first half of today’s game, committing three turnovers in his first five minutes of play and going into halftime with five, but he didn’t commit any additional turnover through the second half of action. While the TOs were less than ideal, the rest of his stat line was superb, and there really wasn’t anything Chicago could do to stop him.
