Julius Randle tallied 16 points (7-of-18 FGs), 11 rebounds, seven assists and two 3-pointers in 36 minutes, as the Knicks beat the 76ers 112-94 Tuesday night. Randle didn’t have his best night at the office, but that didn’t matter, as the Knicks put the clamps on the 76ers. Interestingly enough, after the All-Star forward attempted 14 free throws in Sunday’s loss to the Magic, he didn’t get to the line at all Tuesday night. Fantasy managers who have Randle rostered should not be too concerned, however, as he’s averaging 6.0 free throw attempts per game (the same as last season) through the Knicks’ first four games. If he maintains his early-season steals/blocks production (four steals, seven blocks in the first three games), Randle can make a run at top-25 status in 9-cat formats. ks DFS Notes

Zach LaVine (left thumb) is being listed as questionable for Thursday’s game vs. New York. LaVine is going to try to play through this thumb issue, but he did acknowledge that he may need to skip some games, and he was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice. “I don’t want to put myself in any danger. I don’t have all the information on it yet,” said LaVine following Wednesday’s workout. “We’ll see how I feel tomorrow and going from there. You know me, I try to play through everything. If I’m able to, I will. If not we’ll see how it goes.” He might be a game-time call on Thursday, but it sounds like he really wants to try and play through this, and the good news is that it’s to his non-shooting hand.
