Sacramento Kings DFS Notes
Shooting 4-of-13 from the field in Sunday’s 105-96 loss to the Mavericks, Buddy Hield recorded a line of 11 points, eight rebounds, one assist, one steal and three 3-pointers in 30 minutes. The good news for those who have Hield rostered is that he hit three 3-pointers and established a new season-high in rebounds. The bad news is that his run of 20-point games came to an end, as Hield scored a total of 46 points in the two games prior. Even though he’s coming off the bench, Buddy can still provide solid fantasy value, especially if he continues to rebound at a solid clip. Hield is now averaging six rebounds per game on the season, and that would represent a career-best mark if he can sustain it over the course of the entire season.
Utah Jazz DFS Notes
Donovan Mitchell drained 10 of his 18 shots in a win against the Milwaukee Bucks, recording a line of 28 points, four boards, two dimes, two steals, four triples and four turnovers in 32 minutes. This was Mitchell’s first game this season where he shot over 50%, and this should be very good for his confidence going forward considering he hasn’t been hitting his shots at a great rate thus far. He came up big in the fourth quarter with 11 points in that frame and almost single-handedly halted the Bucks from making any sort of comeback, and this Jazz team is basically unbeatable when Mitchell gets hot. Continue to deploy one of the most electric scorers in the league as his percentages are sure to rise any time now.
