Donovan Mitchell scored 24 points on 9-of-19 shooting from the floor (4-of-11 3-pointers) and added 10 assets, four rebounds, one steal, and two turnovers as the Jazz beat the Thunder 116-103 on Sunday night. Mitchell and the rest of his teammates were coming off of a lackluster effort on Friday against the Pelicans. He bounced back on Sunday as he shot 9-of-19 from the floor and 4-of-11 from three, but he did miss both of his foul shots. The 10 assists were a huge boost since he didn’t have as big a scoring night. All in all, it was good to see Mitchell back on the right track, so expect him to keep it up going forward.
Dallas Mavericks DFS Notes
Luka Doncic (left toe sprain) is probable for Monday’s game against the Jazz. Doncic appears likely to return after sitting out Saturday’s win over the Kings. This would move Spencer Dinwiddie back to the bench, thus limiting his fantasy value. Dinwiddie went off in his spot start on Saturday and the move from D.C. to Dallas has impacted his play positively. Even if Doncic plays, those who have Dinwiddie rostered should hold onto him.
