Donovan Mitchell played 35 minutes in Tuesday’s win over the Pistons, tallying 32 points (10-of-17 FGs, 8-of-11 FTs), six rebounds, one assist, one steal and four 3-pointers. After missing two games due to a concussion suffered during a January 26 win over the Knicks, Mitchell struggled in his return to action Sunday afternoon in Denver. He had no such issues Tuesday night, as he surpassed the 30-point mark for the first time in five games. Also worth noting from Mitchell’s showing was the fact that he turned the ball over just once, and that area has been a concern when it comes to his fantasy value. Sitting just outside of the top-50 in 8-cat for the season, Mitchell isn’t even a top-80 player in 9-cat due in large part to the turnovers (3.2 per game). More nights like this one, and Spida will have no trouble moving up in the 9-cat rankings.

Danilo Gallinari hit 4-of-11 shots, two 3-pointers and 9-of-9 free throws for a season-high 19 points, two rebounds, two assists and a block in 21 minutes of Wednesday’s loss to the Mavericks. This was Gallo’s best game since returning from injury on Jan. 22, although he’s scored in double figures in five of his last seven games. He’s getting comfortable again and Cam Reddish appears to be fading. While we don’t expect to see Gallo in the starting lineup anytime soon, it’s time to give him a look if you need a big man who can shoot 3-pointers, although he’s still not a must-have player at this point.
Jazz vs. Hawks Betting Prediction
The Jazz are 11-2 against the spread in their last 13 games overall, are 10-2 against the number in their last 12 games as a favorite and have covered in eight of their last nine games coming off a win of more than 10 points. They’re also 4-1 against the number in their last five road games and have covered in seven of nine after allowing 100 points or more in their previous contest. On the other side, the Hawks are just 1-5 against the spread in their last six games as an underdog and 4-11 at the betting window in their last 15 games playing on zero rest.
