Jazz vs. 76ers NBA Prediction
The Jazz are laying 3.5 points to the 76ers on Thursday night in Philadelphia but they’ve had issues covering in this matchup in previous meetings. Will that be the case again tonight when these two teams tip off at 7:00 p.m. ET?

Utah Jazz DFS Notes
Rudy Gay finished with seven points, six rebounds, two steals, and was a +18 in 23 minutes on Wednesday. Gay hasn’t been a superb fantasy option this season, and that didn’t change tonight. However, he played big in the small-ball lineup that the Jazz ran in the third quarter, which is when they took over the game. If Quin Snyder decides he wants to continue running this lineup, Gay could end up being an effective fantasy option.
Philadelphia 76ers DFS Notes
Joel Embiid was at it again in a 110-106 win over the Charlotte Hornets, scoring 32 points (8-of-17 FGs, 15-of-19 FTs) with eight rebounds, four assists, one steal, one 3-pointer and one turnover in 32 minutes on Wednesday evening. Coming off a 43-point explosion in an overtime win against these same Hornets on Monday, Embiid admitted that he still isn’t quite 100%, and gave credit to his teammates saying that “they push me. They want me to be making all the plays offensively and defensively, so I’m gonna push.” While this performance was a relatively far cry from Monday’s eruption, this will absolutely work and his quality free throw percentage on high volume still boosts his value even when he isn’t scoring 40+. Embiid’s shot hasn’t been falling at a great clip thus far (just 43.9% coming in), but it’s been better lately and he has a chance to continue the upward trajectory in a tough matchup with Rudy Gobert and the Jazz on Thursday night.
