Charlotte Hornets DFS Notes
Miles Bridges hit just 4-of-18 shots and 1-of-7 3-pointers, but still pulled of a great stat line with 13 points, nine rebounds, eight assists, three steals and two blocks, and he even made all four of his free throws for good measure. One of the signs of a great player is the ability to have a bad night and still put up a monster fantasy line – mission accomplished. Bridges has been one of the most pleasant surprises of the season and despite tonight’s shooting woes, he is having a monster year. Sit back and enjoy the ride. Gordon Hayward may not be enjoying it though, as he hit just 2-of-7 shots for six points, but still had a decent line of his own.
Golden State Warriors DFS Notes
Draymond Green was two assists shy of a triple-double on Saturday, scoring 14 points with 11 rebounds, eight dimes, one 3-pointer and one block in just 26 minutes. Green hit 6-of-8 shots and committed only two turnovers along the way. He could have done even more, too, but his minutes were a season low since Golden State blew out the Thunder with a 103-82 victory. His defensive stats have spiked and he’s hitting 55.0% of his shots, which would be a career high. It helps that Green has seemingly conceded he shouldn’t take 3-pointers, with a career-low 0.7 attempts per game so far this season. It’s a trade-off fantasy managers will happily accept.
