Miami Heat DFS Spin
Bam Adebayo had a decent night on Saturday, posting 14 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and two steals in Miami’s 112-94 loss to Utah. Rudy Gobert made things tough for Bam all night long, as he went 7-of-17 from the floor and failed to attempt any free throws in 37 minutes. He did manage to secure his second straight double-double, however, and now has 14 assists in his last two games. And we said it was a decent night because we know he can shoot the ball much better than he did. Bam ranks 23rd in 9-cat this year and his 56% efficiency on field goals is a testament to that.
Los Angeles Clippers DFS Spin
Marcus Morris came off the bench for 23 points (7-of-14 FG, 5-of-5 FT), six rebounds, one assist, four triples, one steal, two blocks and two turnovers across 26 minutes in Sunday’s blowout win over the Cavs. Morris has been flirting with late-round value over the past 10 games, with averages of 14.1 points, 2.8 triples, 3.9 boards and just 0.6 turnovers per contest on 46.1% shooting. We still don’t have a timetable on Kawhi Leonard (leg) or Paul George (foot), but Morris will see a boost while those two are out, so he’s worth a look if you need some scoring and triples.
