Atlanta Hawks DFS Notes
Trae Young (right hip) is probable for Sunday’s game against the Celtics. Young hasn’t missed a game since Jan. 5, so fantasy managers should not worry too much about his status. Barring anything out of the ordinary, Young will play Sunday.
Boston Celtics DFS Notes
Derrick White scored 15 points on 6-of-12 shooting (3-of-7 3-pointers) and added six rebounds, two assists, and two turnovers in Friday’s 108-102 win over Denver. White played 28 minutes in his debut, including the last 17 minutes of the game. He was a +11 in his time on the floor, which was the highest of any player on the team on Friday. He should be a great addition to the Celtics bench, after they traded away Dennis Schroder at the deadline. Jayson Tatum led all players in scoring with 24 points on 8-of-19 shooting (1-of-8 3-pointers) with six rebounds, five assists, and three steals in 27 minutes.
Hawks vs. Celtics NBA Betting Prediction
The Hawks have covered in five of their last six games against the Celtics and in four of their last five trips to Boston. They’re also 9-4 against the number in their last 13 games overall and have covered in seven of their last eight games when playing on one day of rest. As for Boston, the Celtics are just 2-7 against the spread in their last nine home games versus an opponent with a losing road record and are 4-9 against the number in their last 13 games as a home favorite.
