Boston Celtics DFS Notes
Robert Williams (right calf tightness) is not listed on Wednesday’s injury report, and should be available for Thursday’s game against Brooklyn, according to Keith Smart of Spotrac. Williams looks like he should be good to go on Thursday as we expected, so be ready to get him active if you have him. Grant Williams will head back to the second unit, where his fantasy value will die so if you picked him up, it is time to send him back to the wire.
Brooklyn Nets DFS Notes
There is a possibility that the New York City vaccine mandate could be lifted soon according to mayor Eric Adams, which would open the door for Kyrie Irving to play in home games. “Yes, I can’t wait to get it done… I’m not going to get ahead of the science because I’m ready to get ahead of all of this & get back to a level of normalcy,” Adams said on Tuesday. “We’re movng in the right direction,” He continued. “We’re going to do it in a safe way.” There is still no timetable on when ths could happen, but it now seems like it is just a matter of when and not if the mandate will be lifted. This is huge news for the Nets and for Irving managers who, as of now, would only have him available for eight games the remainder of the regular season. We will have more updates as they come in, so be sure to keep checking back.
