Chicago Bulls DFS Notes
DeMar DeRozan will miss at least 10 days in health and safety protocols unless he can return two negative tests in a 24-hour period, according to Shams Charania. DeRozan did not travel with the team for their game on Wednesday in Cleveland and unless he can pull a LeBron and test out of quarantine, he will miss a bunch more games. LeBron’s test turned out to be a false positive and he tested negative eight consecutive times following his initial positive test. DeRozan likely is not in the same situation, and therefore will probably miss at least the next four games for Chicago and he could miss more. Ayo Dosunmu should continue to start in his absence, and he could be a waiver candidate as he is coming off of a great performance in Monday’s win over Denver.
Cleveland Cavs DFS Notes
Evan Mobley shot 6-of-16 from the field and 1-of-1 from the foul line in Sunday’s 109-108 loss to the Jazz, tallying 14 points, 12 rebounds, three assists, one steal, one block, and one 3-pointer in 37 minutes. Mobley and Jarrett Allen (17/11/2/2/3) played well Sunday afternoon, but it wasn’t enough to combat the efforts of Jazz stalwart Rudy Gobert. In the case of Mobley, who’s considered by many to be the early favorite for Rookie of the Year honors, the double-double was his second in the last three games and sixth of his career. Expect many more of these efforts from Mobley moving forward, as it has become clear that Cleveland has a star in the making.
