Portland Trail Blazers DFS Spin
Robert Covington (concussion) will not play on Thursday vs. Houston. The Blazers were initially hopeful to have Covington back on Thursday but he’ll have to wait. Covington’s next chance to play will come on Saturday vs. the Bulls. Derrick Jones Jr., Carmelo Anthony, Rodney Hood and Gary Trent Jr. all get small bumps with this news.
Houston Rockets DFS Spin
John Wall posted 24 points, two rebounds, five assists and a steal in the Rockets 107-88 win over the Wizards on Tuesday night. Early on Tuesday morning, Wall said, “This is my opportunity to show them (Wizards) that I’m not done” and he backed it up with his fourth 20-point game of the season and more importantly, a win. He knocked down 9-of-21 field goals and 5-of-6 free throws in 24 minutes. His 24 points were a team-high and he had a smooth behind-the-back move plus the finish (link below) in the second quarter. When he’s been on the court, he’s given us glimpses of pre-injury John Wall and we’re hoping that continues.
Bucks vs. Celtics Betting Prediction
The under has cashed in seven of the previous nine meetings between these two teams and is 4-1 in the last five meetings in Houston. The under is also 9-1-1 in the Rockets’ last 11 games as a home favorite, is 10-2-1 in their last 13 games overall and is 20-6-1 in their last 27 home games. The under is also 10-2 in Houston’s last 12 games when its opponent allows 100 points or more in its previous contest.
