76ers vs. Raptors NBA Prediction
The 76ers are only laying a bucket in Toronto on Tuesday night but they’ve struggled to cover lately and have had real issues from a betting standpoint when playing the Raptors on the road. Is Philly a poor bet to cover tonight?
Game Snapshot
575 Philadelphia 76ers (-2) at 576 Toronto Raptors (+2); o/u 224

Venue: Amalie Arena, Tampa, FL
Philadelphia 76ers DFS Notes
Ben Simmons (illness) scored 28 points on 9-of-11 shooting in his return to action on Sunday, adding nine boards, five dimes, one steal and just one turnover in 39 minutes. Simmons was back in action following a two-game absence, and he was surprisingly a relatively efficient 10-of-14 at the stripe tonight. With Simmons back in the mix, Matisse Thybulle shifted back to the second unit, where he finished with just one rebound, three assists and one turnover across 16 scoreless minutes. As long as the 76ers are at full strength, Thybulle won’t get the minutes he needs to make an impact in fantasy hoops.
Toronto Raptors DFS Notes
Kyle Lowry (thumb) will be listed as questionable for Tuesday vs. the 76ers. He was doubtful for the last game and has missed three in a row, so this is an upgrade. There are no additional details on his status, but Lowry is in the news for another reason too, as Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer believes that the 76ers could make a push for Lowry at the deadline. This probably would’ve been much more likely back when the Raptors were struggling, but their new small-ball lineups seem to be clicking and we find it hard to believe they are ready to throw in the towel.
76ers vs. Raptors Game Prediction
The Sixers are 2-9 against the spread in their last 11 road games versus the Raptors and have now dropped five of their last six games ATS overall. They’re also 1-5 against the number in their last six games playing on one day of rest, are 0-4 against the spread in their last four games when facing an opponent with a winning record and are 13-36-2 ATS in their last 51 road games. On the other side, the Raptors have covered in four straight, are a perfect 7-0 against the number in their last seven games playing on one day of rest and are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games when an underdog.
