76ers vs. Grizzlies Prediction
The 9-4 Philadelphia 76ers are laying three points as a road favorite on Saturday night in Memphis where they’ll take on the Grizzlies at 8:00 p.m. ET. Will the Sixers cover that number or is there a better bet on the board in tonight’s matchup?

Philadelphia 76ers DFS Spin
Joel Embiid (right knee pain) will not travel with the Sixers on their two-game trip vs. Memphis on Saturday and OKC on Sunday. There are no more details about the injury, but according to beat writer Derek Bodner, the move to keep Embiid in Philly is “precautionary.” That’s cold comfort for fantasy managers without their star center in both sides of a back-to-back set, but for now we’ll assume he could return vs. the Celtics on Wednesday, Jan. 20. Mike Scott is also out with knee pain, which means Dwight Howard needs to avoid foul trouble and Tony Bradley could see minutes at the backup-five spot.
Memphis Grizzlies DFS Spin
Ja Morant (left ankle sprain) won’t play on Friday because the game vs. Minnesota has been postponed. Morant was listed as questionable but the Grizzlies don’t need to make a tough decision with their rising star, since nobody will be suiting up for Memphis or Minnesota tonight. The Grizzlies are scheduled to play at home vs. the Sixers on Saturday, but it’s unclear whether that game will be played.
76ers vs. Grizzlies Betting Prediction
The Sixers are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games versus the Grizzlies, are 7-2 against the number in their last nine games playing on one day of rest and are 5-2 at the betting window in their last seven games versus a team with a losing record. On the other side, the Grizzlies have covered just once in their last five games versus a team with a losing road record.
