NBA 2nd Round Series Prices
(TheSpread) β The first round of the 2013 NBA Playoffs are complete. Here is a look at the series prices for each of the second-round matchups.
The featured series in the Western Conference has the Oklahoma City taking on the Memphis Grizzlies. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the fifth-seeded Grizzlies are actually the favorite to win the series, as they have odds of -130 to win, while the top-seeded Thunder have a money line of +110. Oklahoma City got past Houston in the first round, but lost guard Russell Westbrook for the playoffs with a knee injury. Memphis defeated the Los Angeles Clippers in six games in the opening round. These two met three times during the regular season, with Memphis getting the victory in two of the three meetings.
In the Eastern Conference, the featured series has the New York Knicks taking on the Indiana Pacers. According to oddsmakers, the second-seeded Knicks are the favorite to win the series, as they have odds of -200 to win, while the Pacers have a money line of +170. The Knicks beat the seventh-seeded Boston Celtics in six games to open the playoffs while the Pacers disposed of the sixth-seeded Atlanta Hawks in six games. These two teams met four times during the regular season and the home team won all four meetings between the two.
