Game 1 of the conference finals in the West has No. 1 San Antonio hosting No. 2 Oklahoma City at 9:05PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Spurs are the favorite in Game 2, as they have been given a point spread of -4.5 against the Thunder. The over/under total for the game has been set at 201 points.

Oklahoma City is 24-14 on the road this season and 41-34-1 against the spread while San Antonio is 33-5 at home and 48-23-4 against the spread. The Spurs are a perfect 9-0 in the playoffs thus far while the Thunder are now 8-2 in the playoffs. Despite the loss in Game 1, the Thunder did cover the spread and have now covered in three of their last five against the Spurs. San Antonio still has won nine of its last 10 against Oklahoma City, though.
