Sunday’s NBA Playoff Odds

(TheSpread) – The NBA Playoffs continue on Sunday with four first round games. Here is a look at the odds and over/under totals for each of the four contests.

The featured game of the day has the Atlanta Hawks hosting the Boston Celtics at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Hawks are actually the 5 seed in the East, but have the home court edge due to a better record than the fourth-seeded Celtics. Oddsmakers see the Hawks as a slight favorite, giving them a point spread of -1.5 on Sunday. The over/under total for the game has been set at 178 points. The Hawks were 40-26 on the season and 23-10 at home while Boston was 39-27 overall and 15-18 on the road. The Celtics were 34-30-2 against the spread this season while Atlanta was 36-28-2 ATS. Boston won the season series 2-1 and also covered in two of the three games.

The other featured game of the day has the Memphis Grizzlies hosting the Los Angeles Clippers at 9:30PM ET (View Matchup). The Grizzlies are the favorite in the game as the No. 4 seed, as they have a point spread of -5.5 against the fifth-seeded Clippers. The over/under total has been set at 184.5 points. The Clippers are 40-26 on the season and 16-17 on the road while Memphis is 41-25 overall and 26-7 at home. The Grizz were 29-37 against the spread this season while the Clippers were 33-33 ATS. Los Angeles won and covered the spread in two of three meetings during the season.
