(TheSpread) – On Tuesday night, the 2011 NBA Draft Lottery will take place where we will all find out who gets the No. 1 pick in this year’s Draft.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com the Minnesota Timberwolves are the favorites to earn the No. 1 pick with 3/1 odds while other short odds to win are Cleveland (7/2), Toronto (5/1), and Washington (9/1).

Minnesota had the worst record in the NBA this season with just 17 wins. Since 1985, the team with the best odds of getting the first pick have only won it four times.

Cleveland was the worst team in the Eastern Conference as the Cavaliers were 19-63 during the season. The team with the second worst record during the season has won the lottery four times since 1985.

Toronto went 22-60 this past season, giving them the third worst record in the NBA. The team with the third worst record has actually won the lottery five times, which is tied for most of any position, along with the fifth worst record, which belongs to the Utah Jazz.

The Washington Wizards were 23-59 this past season, finishing last in the Southeast Division and having the fourth worst record in the NBA. The team with the fourth worst record has only won the lottery one time since 1985.
