New York Yankees DFS SPIN
Jhony Brito will start for the Yankees on Saturday against the Orioles. The right-hander allowed just two hits over five scoreless frames against the Giants in his big league debut on Sunday, so he has certainly earned another start. The rest of the Yankees’ starters will be pushed back a day, with Nestor Cortes now pitching on Sunday against the O’s.
Baltimore Orioles DFS SPIN
Ramón Urías doubled twice, walked and scored twice Friday as the Orioles edged the Yankees 7-6. Urías got the nod at third today after sitting the previous two times the Orioles faced a right-hander. Urías showed last year that he was a solid regular, posting a 103 OPS+ and winning a Gold Glove, and he actually performed better against righties and lefties then. We’d argue that he’s a better option than Adam Frazier against righties, but since Frazier is off to a hot start, Urías will probably continue to sit at least twice a week for a while.
