Rays vs. Astros Game 3 Prediction
The Astros find themselves in a 2-0 hole versus the Rays in the ALCS but they’ll look to carve into that deficit on Tuesday night at 8:40 p.m. ET. Will Houston cash for bettors in Game 3 tonight or is Tampa the better bet?

Tampa Bay Rays DFS Spin
Ryan Yarbrough will start Game 3 of the ALCS on Tuesday against the Astros. Yarbrough tossed five innings of relief in Game 4 of the ALDS last Thursday against the Yankees, so he should be able to go relatively deep on Tuesday if the situation calls for it. The 28-year-old left-hander put up a 3.56 ERA, 1.186 WHIP, and 44/12 K/BB ratio over 55 2/3 innings during the condensed 2020 regular season.
Houston Astros DFS Spin
Carlos Correa hit a solo homer in the Astros’ ALCS Game 2 loss to the Rays on Monday. Correa provided the first run of the game for Houston with his sixth-inning 438-foot drive to left-center off Rays reliever Peter Fairbanks. It came on a 98.5 mph pitch, the second-fastest pitch he’s ever homered on in his career. The 26-year-old shortstop has as many home runs this postseason (five) as he did during the condensed 2020 regular season. And his 16 career postseason homers are three more than any other player in postseason history before turning 27. Albert Pujols and Manny Ramirez each had 13 before their 27th birthdays.
Rays vs. Astros Game 3 Betting Prediction
The desperate Astros are 8-2 in their last 10 playoff games when listed as an underdog, are 8-3 in their last 11 games coming off a loss and are still 5-2 in their last seven games overall despite losing two in a row to the Rays. They’re also 48-21 in their last 69 games when facing a left-handed starter and even if they don’t come all the way back to win this series, I still like them to take Game 3 tonight.
