The Marlins didn’t have Fernandez around much the last few years due to Tommy John surgery, but he did well in his limited time last season and the Marlins are 23-3 in his last 26 home starts. The Tigers are pretty good with Sanchez on the mound, but just 1-7 in his last 8 starts during the second game of a series. Miami should feel a little momentum from rallying to force extra innings. Now that they have their real ace on the mound, look for Miami to get the win.
