Royals’ three-game win streak snapped

Cheslor Cuthbert went 2-for-4 with a double, while Nicky Lopez also ended the game 2-for-4. Cam Gallagher was 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Brad Keller took the loss as he was shelled for seven earned runs on nine hits with five strikeouts and two walks over four innings. Glenn Sparkman takes the mound tonight for KC as he enters with a 1-3 record, 4.01 ERA and 1.31 WHIP with 24 strikeouts over 42 2/3 innings.
