Mets vs. Twins MLB BETTING PREDICTION
The NL Central leading Twins are playing solid baseball over the past couple of weeks, they are coming home off a big series win against the Guardians and we will look for them to continue their success here against the Mets.
The Mets will send Kodai Senga to the mound to face Minnesota, Senga has been the most consistent starter this season for New York posting a 10-7 record with a 3.08 ERA and WHIP of 1.23. The Twins will send veteran Dallas Keuchel to the mound, Keuchel who joined the Twins on August 6th has been serviceable for the Twins thus far posting a 5.06 ERA through 21.1 IP. In a limited sample size, Keuchel has pitched very well at Target Field allowing only one earned run in 16.1 innings pitched.
Give me the Twins here, Keuchel may not have his best stuff anymore, but he is a competitor he wants to show Minnesota he can be beneficial on the postseason roster. The Twins have the better lineup and a far superior bullpen, if Keuchel can throw five decent innings, they should win this game.
