Dodgers vs. Braves Game 4 Prediction
After routing the Braves in Game 3 on Wednesday, will the Dodgers pick up another win and even up their series with Atlanta in Game 4 tonight at 8:08 p.m. ET? Clayton Kershaw is expected to oppose Bryse Wilson in what should be a lop-sided pitching matchup in favor of the Dodgers.

Max Muncy had a grand slam, a double and two walks Wednesday as the Dodgers crushed the Braves 15-3 in Game 3 of the NLCS. The Dodgers still trail the series two games to one. Muncy’s slam off Grant Dayton, after started Kyle Wright had already left the game, capped an 11-run first that set a postseason record for runs in an inning. The Dodgers also got homers from Joc Pederson and Edwin Rios in the first, Cody Bellinger in the second and Corey Seager in the third before going scoreless the rest of the game. Muncy also homered in Tuesday’s Game 2, and he has eight homers in 29 career postseason games. The Dodgers and Braves will play Game 4 on Thursday. Clayton Kershaw and Bryse Wilson are slated to start.

Huascar Ynoa saved the Braves bullpen with four scoreless innings of relief Wednesday against the Dodgers. It’s an unfortunate situation; Ynoa was asked to throw 92 pitches tonight after topping out at 61 during the regular season. One can’t really blame the Braves for that; their starter didn’t make it through the first and they’re facing the possibility of seven games in seven days, without being able to make roster moves. Ynoa probably came through it OK, but the Braves need to let him rest for a few days now.
Dodgers vs. Braves Game 4 Betting Prediction
While the Dodgers are unlikely to score another 11 runs to cash the over in the first inning like they did yesterday, I do like the over again tonight. The over is 4-1 in the Dodgers’ last five games, is 4-1 in their last five playoff games when they’re listed as the favorite and is 5-2-1 in their last eight games when their opponent allows five runs or more in its previous contest. On the other side, the over is 14-5-1 in the Braves’ last 20 postseason games when listed as the underdog and has cashed in four straight Atlanta games when the total is set between 9 and 10.5 runs.
