MLB Betting Trends
Chicago
The Cubs are 5-0 in their last five road games versus a right-handed starter. Chicago is 9-3 in its last 12 games overall.
Seattle
The Mariners are 1-4 in their last five interleague home games. Seattle is 1-6 in its last seven games following an off day.
Prediction:
Chicago has the better starting pitcher going, but King Felix has managed to at least keep his team in the game for the most part in his regular season starts to date. The Cubs might have had an off day yesterday, but with travel they might still not be fully recovered from the fatigue that a 15-inning game will bring. Seattle has had a nice start to the season and will want to wipe out the previous two games’ bad memories with a strong performance here.
