Atlanta Braves DFS SPIN
Asked about the status of Ronald Acuña Jr. (elbow) on Thursday, manager Brian Snitker said: “I’m sure he’s fine.” Granted, the skipper did acknowledge that he had not yet personally spoken to Acuña, who was struck on his right (throwing) elbow by a 95.9 mph Zack Wheeler fastball in the Braves’ NLDS Game 2 win on Wednesday night. Acuña finished out the game and tests taken afterward revealed no structural damage. He should be in Atlanta’s starting lineup for NLDS Game 3 on Friday at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.
Philadelphia Phillies DFS SPIN
Aaron Nola was terrific in Saturday night’s victory over the Cardinals in Game 2 of their Wild Card series, scattering four hits over 6 2/3 innings of scoreless baseball. The 29-year-old hurler racked up six strikeouts on the evening while allowing just one base on balls. All four hits that he allowed in the ballgame were singles and at no point in the game did any Cardinals runner advance past second base. He got 15 swings and misses on 101 pitches in the ballgame while posting a CSW of 28 percent. The next time that he takes the ball will be against the Braves in the NLDS.

Phillies vs. Braves MLB BETTING PREDICTION
I don’t love either side of this matchup, but I do like the over despite Nola pitching for Philadelphia. The over is 4-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams and is 6-1-1 in the last eight meetings at Citizens Bank Park. The over is also 5-0 in the Braves’ last five games following an off day, is 20-6-2 in the last 28 road games versus a team with a winning record and is 24-9-3 in their last 36 games versus a team with a winning record. On the other side, the over is 10-3-2 in the Phillies’ last 15 home playoff games, is 4-1 in their last five games against a division rival and is 6-2 in their last eight home games overall.
