Tampa Bay Rays DFS SPIN
Rays manager Kevin Cash said after Wednesday’s game that it’s unlikely Yandy Díaz (shoulder) returns to the starting lineup on Thursday. Díaz made the initial lineup card on Wednesday night, but was scratched before the game due to continued soreness in his ailing left shoulder. Cash noted that Díaz felt the soreness while taking ground balls during pregame work and that it’s unlikely he’ll be able to give it a go on Thursday. He should still be considered day-to-day.
Cleveland Guardians DFS SPIN
Gabriel Arias popped his first major league homer on Wednesday versus the Rays. The rookie infielder cheated on a 3-1 count in the third inning off of Tyler Glasnow and got the fastball he was looking for, drilling it 403 feet. It was the only hit of the night for Arias, who is 5-for-29 so far in his big league career.
