Brewers hit three HRs in win
Christian Yelich finished last night’s 4-1 win by going 2-for-4 with a run scored to help lead the way. Jesus Aguilar went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, while Travis Shaw was 1-for-4 with a 2-run homer. Erik Kratz was 1-for-3 with a solo home run. Jhoulys Chacin picked up the win as he allowed one earned run on six hits with six strikeouts and two walks over 6 1/3 innings. Jeremy Jeffress picked up his eighth save of the season as he worked around a hit and a walk with two strikeouts in a scoreless inning of work.
Turner has three-hit night
Adam Eaton finished 2-for-5 and scored the lone run in Friday night’s loss by the Nats. Trea Turner went 3-for-4 with a walk and stole a base. Anthony Rendon was 1-for-5 and drove in a run. Juan Soto ended the game 2-for-3 with a walk. Tanner Roark suffered the loss as he allowed four earned runs on six hits over six innings, striking out three and walking none.
Chase Anderson (9-7, 4.04 ERA) will start today for Milwaukee, while Strasburg (7-7, 4.15) will go for Washington.
MLB Betting Trends
Milwaukee

Prediction:
Oddsmakers and bettors are still trying to act like the Nationals are a team that deserves to be favored like this. If this moneyline was closer to even, I wouldn’t hesitate to bet on Washington. But the fact is that the Brewers are the better team that has more to play for at this point of the season. It would take a minor miracle for Washington to go on the kind of tear to propel it to the postseason. Strasburg has been up-and-down all season and Milwaukee has the offense to make him pay for mistakes. Go with the underdog in this spot.
