Red Sox vs. Mariners Prediction
With Chris Sale on the bump for the Red Sox, will the under cash Wednesday when they visit the Mariners at 3:40PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Red Sox are -215 money line favorites to beat the Mariners, who have odds of +195 to pull off the upset in Seattle. With Sale set to face Andrew Moore in the pitching matchup, the over/under currently sits at 8 runs.

From Rotoworld: Sale shut out the Angels for six innings, striking out nine, in Boston’s 6-2 win Friday. Sale should have been able to cruise after getting a five-run lead in the top of the first tonight, but it took him 112 pitches to get through six innings. The Red Sox won’t complain, though. Sale had at least nine strikeouts for the 17th time in 20 starts this season. Only five different pitchers have managed 20 nine-strikeout games in a season.
Moore gave up five runs and nine hits in six innings Friday in a loss to the Yankees. Moore turned in three straight quality starts to open his career, but he’s given up 10 runs in nine innings his last two times out. The Marco Gonzales addition definitely takes away some of Moore’s margin for error; if he doesn’t bounce back next time out, a switch could come.
