From Rotoworld: Urena allowed five runs on seven hits over three innings of work in Saturday’s loss to the Dodgers. The Dodgers socked a pair of homers against Urena, and he also walked three in the loss. He was also in the middle of a flare-up in the third inning when a pitch ran inside on Yasiel Puig, incensing Puig and causing players to leave the bench area, if only briefly and with little consequence. The 25-year-old’s brilliant start to the year has come back down to earth in recent weeks, and Urena is now 7-4 with a 3.93 ERA and 1.29 WHIP on the year. His next start will come Friday at the Reds.
Bailey was torched for eight earned runs over just four innings Sunday in a loss to the Nationals. Bailey walked two batters and surrendered eight hits, with Daniel Murphy clubbing a two-run homer in the top of the first inning and a three-run blast in the top of the fifth. Bailey now holds a 10.13 ERA in five starts this season for the Reds.
