MLB Betting Trends
Chicago
The Cubs are 5-1 in their last six road games. Chicago is 20-6 in its last 26 games overall.
Cincinnati
The Reds are 4-1 in their last five Thursday games. Cincinnati is 26-55 in the last 81 meetings.
Prediction:
Cincinnati won a thriller last night and now sends its best pitcher to the mound tonight in Castillo. The Reds will have a tough task against Quintana, but he is a highly talented pitcher who also deals with inconsistencies. While he’s been solid as of late, Quintana will be in a hitter’s ballpark and will need to be on top of his game to keep up with Castillo. Look for Cincinnati to mount enough offense to support its ace, who has allowed more than two earned runs in only one of his nine starts this season.
