Diamondbacks claimed RHP Troy Scribner off waivers from the Angels; assigned him to Triple-A Reno. Scribner had been designated for assignment. The 26-year-old held a 4.18 ERA and 18/10 K/BB ratio over 23 2/3 major league innings in 2017 and has experience starting and relieving.
