Washington Nationals DFS SPIN
Trea Turner singled twice and drew a walk in Tuesday's loss to the Braves. The Nationals didn't get much going in this one against Huascar Ynoa and the Braves' bullpen, as they managed just five singles and no one else reached base more than once. Turner had another nice night, though, and has now reached base 14 times across his last six contests.
Atlanta Braves DFS SPIN
Ronald Acuna slugged his league-leading 10th home run in the Braves' win over the Nationals on Tuesday. It was an opposite-field, solo shot off of Joe Ross with two outs in the fifth inning. Acuna also had a single to lead off the game and would have had an extra-base hit in the third if not for a fantastic catch by Victor Robles in center field. Acuna had gone deep just twice in his last 13 contests, which qualifies as a mini-drought for him. He's the first big leaguer to reach double digits in long balls.
Braves vs. Nationals Betting Prediction
The over is 10-3-1 in the last 14 meetings between these two teams and is 5-2 in the last seven meetings in Washington. The over is also 14-4-1 in the Braves’ last 19 games when favored, is 15-7-1 in their last 23 games overall and is 33-14-5 in their last 52 games when facing an opponent with a losing record. On the other side, the over is 13-4-1 in the Nationals’ last 18 games when their opponent allowed two runs or less in their previous contest.
