Houston Astros DFS SPIN
Alex Bregman smacked a solo homer and added a single Tuesday versus the Yankees. Bregman silenced the boos at Yankee Stadium with a no-doubter to left-center field off of Domingo German with two out in the top of the first inning. The home run was his fifth of the season and pushed his RBI total to 16. Bregman bulked up over the offseason and his power numbers have been just fine out of the gate. His exit velocity is actually way down, though.
New York Yankees DFS SPIN
Giancarlo Stanton’s bat stayed red-hot Tuesday, as he went 4-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in the Yankees’ victory over the Astros. Stanton took Zack Greinke deep in the first inning, hitting a moonshot off a curveball which went a few rows into the left field stands. He wasn’t done there, adding a double, an RBI single and another double. Stanton had the two hardest-hit balls of the night, with his double being measured at a scorching 117.4 mph off the bat. The slugger has put together a 10-game hitting streak and is batting a ridiculous .477 with four long balls over that stretch.
Astros vs. Yankees Betting Prediction
The Astros are just 4-10 in their last 13 meetings with the Yankees in New York and are 2-5 in their last seven road games when facing a left-handed starter. On the other side, the Yankees are 6-1 in their last six games, are 6-1 in their last seven games as a favorite and are 78-30 in their last 108 games when they’re favored at Yankee Stadium.
