Humana Challenge Free Picks
LA QUINTA, CA (TheSpread) – The 2015 PGA Humana Challenge gets underway on Thursday morning from three different courses. Here are some golfers to consider wagering on in this event.
According to oddsmakers from BetDSI, Patrick Reed enters this tournament as the favorite, as he has 12/1 odds to win. Other short odds to prevail are Matt Kuchar (18/1) and Keegan Bradley (20/1). The Humana Challenge will be held today-Sunday at three different courses in La Quinta, California.
Patrick Reed certainly isn’t a bad play this weekend. He comes in as the favorite and is coming off a win a few weeks again in Hawaii. He also is the defending champion of this event, so he has navigated the three different courses and done it well in the recent past. Reed also has three top 5s in his last five events.
Matt Kuchar is also another golfer to go with this weekend. Kuchar is the top-ranked golfer of anyone in the field at 11th. He looked strong last week, placing third, and he has two top 10s in his last three events. Look for Kuchar to continue his strong play this weekend.
Jason Dufner may be hard to recognize these days, as he has slimmed down. However, his struggles in 2014 have inflated his odds for recent tournaments. He has 35/1 odds this weekend, but we like him as a dark horse. He has placed in the top 10 of his last two events and 26th or better in four straight. Look for Dufner to be in the mix this weekend as well.
