Cruz retains his title
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – Dominick Cruz avenged the one loss in his career on Saturday night as he beat Urijah Faber by unanimous decision in the main event of UFC 132.

Cruz retained his bantamweight championship in a very competitive fight. All three judges gave the fight to Cruz, who landed more strikes throughout the contest. According to online sportsbook Bodog Cruz had odds of -155 to win the contest, which means a $155 wager on Cruz will pay out an additional $100.
In the co-main even, Chris Leben defeated Wanderlei Silva in just 27 seconds by KO. Silva landed a big punch, but Leben answered and then hit a series of uppercuts to KO Silva. Leben was the underdog in the fight, with odds of +150.
In a major upset, Tito Ortiz submitted Ryan Bader in the first round of their light heavyweight contest. Ortiz landed a big hook early in the round and then followed it up with a guillotine choke that forced Bader to tap. Ortiz had odds of +375 to win. It was his first victory since 2006.
