2018 Kentucky Derby Odds
Which contenders have the best shot of winning the 2018 Kentucky Derby? Let’s take a look at the current odds.
The Favorite: Bolt D’oro
According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook YouWager, Bolt D’oro is the current favorite to win the 2018 Kentucky Derby at 3/1 odds. The colt is coming off a victory in the Grade 2 San Felipe Stakes on March 10 and also claimed victory at the Grade 1 Del Mar Futurity and the Grade 1 FrontRunner Stakes. The only time he did not win was at the Grade 1 Breeders Cup Juvenile, where he finished third to Good Magic and Solomini.
Next-Best Odds: Justify
Behind Bolt D’oro in terms of the odds is Justify, who is 4/1 to win the Kentucky Derby. This lightly-run horse is a perfect 2-0 in his career, although neither race graded so it’s difficult to tell how Justify will do against graded competition.
